Summary:

Selina Ren, a simple girl that lives a simple life, grew up with her two best friends Jiro Wang and Show Luo. They promised never to leave each other. Selina liked Show since they were young. Jiro and Show also liked Selina since their childhood. When they grew up, the guys decided to confess their love to her. Who will she accept? The One that she loved for a long time, or the other one who is hoping to be loved by her? With different obstacles in their way, how can the guys get Selina's heart?

Chapter 1: 5 years ago...

It was a sunny morning and three best friends were playing hide and seek. There were 2 boys and 1 girl. The boys were laughing at the girl because she was “it” at their game and so the game started. 30 minutes passed and still the girl did not find her best friends, so she gave up.

“Xiao Zhu!!! Da Dong!!!” the young girl shouted. She was Selina Ren, a cute, little girl with long, wavy hair that reaches her back. She was near in tears because she can’t find her 2 best friends. She gave up and started walking to the park.

“Aiyoh, I think they left me alone.” Selina said as she sat down on one of the park benches. She was sad, so she started to cry. Then, two little boys came in her view.

“Xiao Peng You, why are you crying??” the first boy asked.
“Don’t Cry..” The second boy said.

Selina looked up and she saw her 2 best friends, Show and Jiro. They were smiling goofily at her. She glared at them. Show and Jiro looked at each other, nervously.

“Uh, Selina, sorry if…..uhm….you lost?” Jiro started, completely failing on cheering her up. Show elbowed Jiro and took over.
“Sel, we bought something for you.” Show said, handing Selina some candies that Jiro and him bought at the candy shop. Selina frowned.
“I knew it! You two were off to some place else while I was here
‘seeking’ for you!” Selina pouted. Show and Jiro sweat dropped.
“Sorry Sel, we just saw the candy shop and…” Jiro stopped then looked at Show.
“Uh, and we just bought some for you..” Show smiled.

Seeing Show smiling at her, Selina smiled as well, ‘he really does look cute..’ she thought. Selina smacked Jiro and Show playfully on their arms.

“I thought you left me.” Selina said.
“No way!” Show said, making a superman pose.
“We’ll never leave you no matter what happens!” Jiro said, putting his elbow on Show’s shoulder.
“Because, We’re..” Jiro and Show started. Selina stood up and held both of their hands.
“Best Friends Forever!!” the three shouted and they laughed and went home, hand in hand, Selina in the middle of Show and Jiro.

Chapter 2: 15 years later

“Xiao Zhu!!! Da Dong!!!” shouted a 19-year old female in the middle of two houses towering over her.

She was wearing a pink shirt and white jumper skirt that looked good on her, her hair were neatly tied up with just the right curls on it. She was tapping her feet to the ground while impatiently waiting for her friends.
Just then, a guy came out of the 1st house. He was wearing a white polo and blue pants. He was fixing his shirt and checking his hair in front of his big mirror. The girl rolled her eyes. The guy looked at her and smiled then walked over to her.

“Morning Selina.” said the guy with neat black hair and a cute smile. Selina looked at him and after seeing him smile, the irritated feeling inside her was gone.
“Good morning Show.” Selina smiled back.

Show Luo, a.k.a. Xiao Zhu, a guy who is vain. He has a neat black hair which he constantly checks, a well-toned body and a really cute but sometimes goofy smile.

“So, where’s my best friend?” Show asked, referring to their other companion. Selina shrugged.
“He’s slow. Always, always slow.” Selina said as she shook her head.

Just then, another guy came out of the 2nd door. He “handsomely” pushed back some of his blonde-dyed hair and fixed his tie. He was wearing a grey polo with matching black and white striped necktie that hang loosely on his neck and blue pants. He saw his two best friends and he waved at them. Show waved back but Selina just stared. He went towards them and greeted them.

“Morning guys!” he said, smiling at his friends.
“Wow, we used the same pants today!” Show laughed.
“Yeah, haha!” Jiro laughed as well but as his eyes landed on Selina, he closed his mouth immediately.
“You’re really late Jiro!” Selina said. Jiro laughed nervously.

Jiro Wang, a.k.a. Da Dong, a guy who is as vain as Show and a fashion addict. He is obsessed with his looks. He has a blonde-dyed hair, a well-toned body and a sincere and cute smile.

“Sorry Sel.” Jiro laughed. Selina sighed.
“C’mon, we’re going to be late for a 1st day at our new school.” Selina said.

They started to walk towards the school. Selina was once again between Show and Jiro. Each guy was following her closely and was observing her every move.

‘Wow, Selina really looks beautiful. I wonder if she likes me.’ Jiro thought while staring at Selina.
‘Selina, Selina. I’ll confess my love for you one of these days.’ Show thought, also staring at Selina.

Selina felt that someone was staring at her, so she looked back and she caught the two guys having a staring contest. She stopped on her tracks and looked at the two.

“If you’re just going to stare at me all day, then I don’t want to walk with you guys.” Selina said. Jiro and Show came back to their senses.
“Oh, right, sorry.” The guys said, laughing nervously.

They made it to school on time. Show and Jiro never left Selina’s side because it was their 1st day and they didn’t want her to mingle with others yet. Just then, the bell rang.

“Jiro, let’s go or we’re going to be late.” Selina said to Jiro, pulling his hand.
“Do we have to go to different classes?” Show whined.
“Oh, sorry Xiao Zhu..Jiro and I have the same class, so we have to go now.” Selina said, regretting it.
“It’s alright Show, we’re going to see each other later.” Jiro smiled.
“Oh, okay..” Show said. ‘Lucky You.’ Show thought.
“Bye Xiao Zhu!” Selina smiled then she turned to Jiro and pulled his hand. “C’mon Da Dong!” Selina said, they ran to their classroom.
“Bye Show!” Jiro shouted, half-awake, half in dreamland because Selina was holding his hand.
“Enjoy your 1st day!” Selina shouted, then, they vanished around a corner.

Meanwhile, Show was just standing there. He sighed.

“How can I enjoy my first day without Selina by my side?” Show said, he turned around and he headed towards his classroom.

A Weird Start

Jiro knocked on the door of the classroom while Selina was just waiting behind him. After a while, a teacher opened it and the teacher smiled at her.

“Okay class, we have new students today. Be good to them okay?” The teacher said.
“Sure Ma’am!” the class answered.

Jiro looked back at Selina and smiled at her. Selina smiled back.

“I’m kind of nervous.” Selina said, still not letting go of Jiro’s hand. Jiro squeezed her hand lightly.
“Don’t worry, I’m here with you.” Jiro smiled.

The teacher came out and told them to get in. Selina got in first. The guys were staring at her as if they were seeing right through her, so she bowed down.

“Hi, I’m Selina Ren. Please be good to me.” Selina said. The guys smiled.
“Of course we’ll be good to you!” One guy shouted. They all whistled. Selina blushed. Jiro entered and he glared at the boys but it had no effect. Then, a guy stood up, he has a well-toned body that is much bigger than Jiro and he spoke.

“You should all shut up if you don’t want Ella to be mad.” The guy said seriously. The boys looked at him then a guy at the back answered.
“Chun, let them be, it’s not you who will get beaten up when she comes in.” a guy with a happy-go-lucky face said.

The teacher was so busy calming the boys when the door opened and it revealed 2 females. Everyone looked at them, the guy called Chun smiled. The 1st one was wearing a violet t-shirt and pants that is up to her knees, she has a short hair that looks like a boyish cut. The 2nd one was wearing a yellow t-shirt with pink hearts and s white ruffled skirt. She also has a short hair but quite longer than the 1st one. They made their inside the room. The 1st girl made her way to the teacher’s table while the other one went to her seat.
“So, what’s the commotion all about?” the 1st girl asked.
“I think it’s the new girl Ella.” The 2nd girl said. The girl, Ella, looked around and saw 2 new students. She smiled at Selina and Selina smiled back. She went to her and shook her hand.
“Hello, I’m Ella Chen, President of this class. Nice to meet you.” Ella smiled.
“Hi, I’m Selina Ren.” Selina smiled back. “I hope we can be friends.” She added.
“Sure.” Ella smiled. Ella then turned to Jiro. Jiro forced a smile.
“Have you introduced yourself yet?” Ella asked.
“Uhm, no, not yet.” Jiro said. Ella nodded and went back to the teacher’s table.
“Okay, let the other new student introduce himself.” Ella said as she raised a thumb at Jiro signalling that it’s okay to introduce himself now. Jiro stepped forward and started to speak.

“Hi, I’m Jiro Wang. Nice to meet you all.” He smiled, melting all the girls in class. Ella stared at him while he was smiling.
“Whoa, cute smile.” Ella teased. Chun heard this and he stood up.
“That’s enough Ella Chen.” Chun said seriously. Ella looked at him and grinned.
“I’m just kidding.” Ella said to Chun. “Oh right, to the guys, apologize to Selina later. You scared her.” Ella said. She was going to go back to her seat when she heard a whisper.
“Then, she should apologize too. She’s like a guy.” A student said. Ella stopped but before she could answer back, Selina shouted.
“Hey! That’s not nice!” Selina retorted after hearing the student. Selina stormed up to the boy and glared at him.
“Don’t say such things. The class president is not like a guy!” Selina defensed Ella. Ella looked at Selina and Jiro went beside Selina and calmed her down.
“Uh, Sel, calm down a little.” Jiro said, holding Selina’s shoulder. Ella smiled.
“It’s okay Selina. I’ll deal with him later.” Ella said, giving the boy a knowing look that made him turn his head down.
“Uhm, where should we sit miss?” Jiro asked the teacher while still holding Selina and lightly patting her back.
“Oh, Miss Ren will sit beside Mr. Calvin Chen.” The teacher said, at this, a guy with a sunny smile, raised his hand.
“That’s me! Nice to meet you Miss Ren!” Calvin smiled. Jiro glared at him while Selina went to sit beside him. Calvin held Selina’s hand and guided her towards her seat.
“Uhm, thank you.” Selina said. She noticed that Jiro was glaring at Calvin, so she mouthed to Jiro, ‘Relax, I’ll be fine’. Jiro sighed.
“Hey Calvin, don’t go playing tricks on the new girl ok?” Chun smiled. Ella’s seat and his seat were just right in front of Calvin and Selina.
“Sure thing, Chun. Also, don’t go playing tricks with my little sister ok?” Calvin teased. Chun and Calvin laughed while Selina and Ella just looked at them, weirded out.
‘He dare to hold Selina’s hand?!’ Jiro thought, clearly frustrated. His thoughts were blocked when he heard the teacher call out to him.
“Mr. Wang will sit beside Ms. Genie Zuo.” The teacher said. Then, a girl with long and a little curly hair, raised her hand. She smiled at Jiro and Jiro smiled back, he made his way towards his seat.
“Hi, I’m Jiro W-” Jiro tried to say but his sentence was cut off by Genie.
“Yeah, I know you.” Genie said, staring at Jiro for a long time.
‘Oh man, this is going to be a long day.’ Jiro and Selina thought.

Chapter4: ~Show’s Class~

He marched towards his classroom feeling a bit frustrated and a bit cheated.

‘How come Jiro ends up in the same class with Selina?’ Show thought.

He was grumbling to himself when he bumped a person that was in his way. He almost fell down but he immediately regained his balance and stood straight.

“Sorry!” Show managed to say not even daring to look up, fearing that he just bumped a school senior.
“It’s okay man, no big deal.” A voice of a cheery guy said, lightly patting his shoulder.
‘Huh? I think I heard that voice somewhere before..’ Show thought. Show decided to look up and was surprised at what he saw.

“HUANG HONG SHENG?!” Show pointed at the guy. The guy looked at him with confused eyes and after seeing Show clearly, his eyes widened in surprise.

“LUO ZHI XIANG?!” the guy shouted back. They just stared at each other for a while.

After a long silence of staring contest, they came back to reality.

“Whoa!!! How are you?! Long time no see!! There’s so much I want to tell you!! What happened to you?!” They were both shouting like mad and was saying different things to each other excitedly.

“Xiao Gui!! I haven’t seen you in a long time!” Show said, lightly punching Xiao Gui’s arm as a form of greeting.
“Wow! You remembered my nickname *Zhu Ren!” Xiao Gui laughed. They were talking non-stop when Show remembered that they have to go to class.
“Oh you’re right, we have classes. By the way, what room are you in today?” Xiao Gui asked.
“I’m supposed to find Room number……3, yup that’s right, I’m in room 3.” Show said.
“Whoa! We even have the same room number!” Xiao Gui said.
“Great! C’mon or we’ll be late.” Show said.

When they reached the room’s door, Xiao Gui entered first with Show behind him. Everyone waved at Xiao Gui and he said “hi” and waved back.

‘Whoa, I guess Xiao Gui’s pretty popular here.’ Show thought.

After that, everyone turned to look at Show. He just stared back at them and smiled. The girls couldn’t help but smile back because Show was emitting a radiant light that only they can see. Then, the teacher entered.

“Oh, I see that the new student entered already. Why don’t you introduce yourself to them.” The teacher said.

“Oh, thank you sir.” Show said, then, he turned to everyone and smiled again. “Hello, I’m Show Luo. Nice to meet you all.” Show said.

“HI SHOW!! NICE TO MEET YOU TOO!” half of the girls squealed. Show just let out a light laugh and continued to smile at them.

“Show, save the smiles for the girls later, we have a lesson today, so please proceed to your seat.” The teacher said.
“Sir, where should I sit?” Show politely asked, gaining squeals from the girls by being so polite.
“Uhm, sit beside Ms. Tsai.” The teacher said, pointing to a girl with long, dirty brown hair.
“Oh, okay.” Show said, walking towards his seat, he high-fived Xiao Gui when he passed him and sat next to the girl. The girl looked at him and smiled.

“Hello, Xiao Zhu.” She said. Show was confused.
‘Only Selina and Jiro know my house nickname. Unless it’s…’ Show thought and he immediately looked around.
“Tsai Yi Lin?!” Show hissed under his breath to avoid interrupting the teacher’s lesson. “What are you doing here?” he asked but they were interrupted by another girl.
“Hey Jolin, accompany me in my Calvin adventure later ok?” a petite girl said.
“Sure Angela.” Jolin smiled then she turned her attention back to Show who was still staring at her.
“Long time no see, Xiao Zhu.” Jolin smiled. Show just looked in front and sighed.

‘Why is my past hunting me?? And why are they all in this school?!?’ Show asked himself. ‘What a headache!’ Show thought, taking at peek at Jolin.

Getting to know each other - Break time - DongSel classroom

“RINNNGGGGG!!” the school bell rang that signalled that class was over and it was vacant time. The teacher bid the students goodbye and left to the teacher’s lounge. It was chaos in the classroom, some went to the canteen, some are sleeping and the others are minding their own business.

“Hey, Selina.” Ella started getting Selina’s attention. Selina looked at her.
“Yeah?” Selina asked.
“I want to introduce you to my friends.” Ella smiled. Chun pretended to cough at Ella’s words and Ella rolled her eyes. “Oh. I want to introduce you to my friends and my BOYFRIEND.” Ella added, emphasizing the word ‘boyfriend’. Chun smiled. Ella’s friends gathered around them.
“Hi, I’m Calvin.” Calvin said, showing his sunshine smile. “You know me of course.” He added. Selina nodded.
“Hi, I’m Chun.” The big muscled guy in front of her said.
“Hi. So, you’re Ella’s boyfriend, right?” Selina said, smiling.
“Yup.” Chun smiled back then turned his attention back to Ella.
“Hello, I’m Aaron.” Another guy said, smiling at Selina.
“Hi, Uhm..you look kind of young compared to them.” Selina said, pointing at Chun and Calvin.

“Oh, that..uhm..” Aaron started but the rest of the guys continued it for him.
“He’s our baby.” Chun, Ella and Calvin said. Selina looked confused.
“Your Baby?” Selina asked.
“Baby of our group. He’s the youngest and I’m the oldest.” Chun explained, lightly patting Aaron’s back.
“Your group?” Selina asked again. This time, it was Calvin’s turn to explain.
“Yes. Our group. We are Fahrenheit by the way.” Calvin smiled. Selina turned to Ella, looking at her with confused eyes.
“Oh, you’ll see later why they are called Fahrenheit in this school.” Ella smiled. “Oh, dui lah, I haven’t introduced the last one yet.” Ella said, she looked at the chair beside her and saw a sleeping lady.
“Oh, she’s asleep, again.” Aaron said. He lightly patted the girl’s shoulder and she woke up, looking groggy.
“Yes?” the girl that has a long hair asked.
“Baobei, wake up and make friends with the new girl.” Ella said. She got up and stretched herself, she looked at Selina and smiled at her.
“Hi, you’re Selina right?” she said. “I’m Hebe. Nice to meet you.” She said.
“Hi, Nice to meet you too.” Selina smiled. “Uhm, if you don’t mind, I’d like to introduce all of you to my best friend too.” Selina said.
“Sure.” Calvin said. Selina grinned and she suddenly stood up and grabbed Jiro which was spacing out. They got back to the group and Selina smiled at them.

“Here, this is Jiro Wang.” Selina smiled, introducing Jiro. Jiro bowed at them.
“Hi, call me Jiro.” He said but Selina snorted.
“No, no, call him Da Dong.” Selina laughed. Jiro stared at Selina, shocked and then he whispered to her.

“Don’t tell them my pet name!” Jiro hissed but Selina laughed more. She lightly hugged Jiro that made Jiro blush.
“Aw, c’mon Da Dong. It’s okay, they’re friends, right?” she asked, letting go of Jiro and looking at the others.
“Yeah, yeah. We’re your friends now.” Ella smiled. Jiro bowed again.
“Thank you.” Jiro said. Just then, Chun stood up.
“Okay, let’s stop this and head to the canteen, I’m hungry.” Chun said, rubbing his tummy. Everyone laughed at him.
“The walking stomach is at it again. Come on guys, if we don’t hurry, Chun’ll eat us.” Ella smiled, everyone stood up.
“Jiro, you’ll walk with the guys, ok?” Ella smiled at him. Jiro nodded. Selina made her way next to Ella and Hebe. The guys walked ahead while the girls were not far behind.
