my two centavos.

i'm not an expert on asian dramas - i can still count with my fingers how many i've watched fully. lol. but here are the ones i've watched and still enjoy watching over and over again...

1. my mvp valentine (tw drama)
i like the basketball theme. this was shown in gma as a response to meteor garden. i didn't watch meteor garden but watched this one instead. i don't regret it. johnny yan and that guy who played ice man were waaaaay cool! i hated angel but she turned good in the end.

also love the soundtrack.

2. endless love - autumn tale (kr drama)
the first koreanovela on primetime. great story, depressing though. but this has sentimental value because it was the first koreanovela i've watched. eye candy = won bin

3. hero (j drama)
an unconventional prosecutor kuryu is transferred to a division in tokyo as punishment for not playing the politics game. his idealism and brilliant mind makes a big impression on his colleagues, and on his assistant amamiya in particular. looooove the subtle development of the kuryu-amamiya relationship. and the bartender who can serve anything is waaaay cool. and kimutaku is beyond cool!

4. ko one (tw drama)

love love love this drama! downloaded this from d-addicts and it was worth it!

not just because it's the series that launched fahrenheit as a group, but because the story's different from the usual boy-girl, love-hate idol drama. the lead characters really had character arcs, with ya se wang's character arc being the most interesting. dunno if i should elaborate, at baka maging spoiler sa hindi pa nakapanood. oh well here goes anyway. mods, paki-delete na lang kung di pwede.

what else i love about it:
1. da dong and ya se's terms of endearment being "narcissist" and "egomaniac"

2. their cool/silly weapons: a pan and a teeny sword stuck in a stone with a user's manual?

3. the quotes... gotta love the quotes, especially from ya se "shakespeare shuo..." and when he met ko 9 who can quote as well... LOL

4. duang chang ren and his restaurant that serves anything!

5. ya se and wu xiong's love story: the guy who hated girls finds true love and gets the girl!

6. xiao yu composing a song about an qi's period (at least that's what i understood)?!?!?

7. the special episode is even more hilarious: arron imitating a pigeon that's about to explode, calvin doing the robot dance, arron giving "devil sound waves to the brain"... =))

conclusion: obvious ba, i just love this drama! silly humor and all...

duang cheng ren is reminiscent of that bartender in hero. lol

5. fuma no kojiro (j drama/live action)
since discovering this drama in doremii's site, i've been a big fan of theirs. and they subbed ko one and are subbing x-family! back on topic, this is a highly entertaining live action version of the manga. i personally find kojiro annoying but this series also has the coolest/most sympathetic bad guy - musashi! not to mention that this series just has a eye candy by the truckloads! reira, musashi, mibu, the twins <3333333

i'll probably add the x-family to this list once i've watched the whole thing...

1. hana kimi(TW)
-dito nagsimula ang pagkahumaling ko kay wu chun at sa fahrenheit. haha. kea memorable tong drama na toh.i also love chun and ella's loveteam. ang ganda ng chemistry nila. super.. ang ganda din ng friendship ni rui xi and xiu yi. and i love danson's role hir. bagay ung role nia sa kanya. hehe.

2. wonderful life(KR)
-ilang beses ako pinaiyak ng korean series na toh.. nakakatuwa ung anak nila. hehe. ilang beses din namen pinaulet-ulet toh ng kapatid ko.

3. romantic princess(TW)
-GO CALVIN!!! haha... i don't like angela and wu chun being paired here. hehe. chunella fan kc ako. pero i like angela.. coz she's cute and i love her songs... pero kung chungella loveteam... uh... ewan ko lang.hehe... nasa pangatlo ko ung RP kc d2 q nagustuhan si calvin... bagay pa sila ni genie.. and ang cute ng story. para kcng OA na sa kayamanan ung lolo ni angela..

4. full house(KR)
-the first korean drama series na pinaulet ulet ko.. super ganda.. bagay din si rain and song hye kyo

5. one litre of tears(JP)
-super nakakaiyak.bawat ep. ata mei nakakaiyak na scene.

6. ko one(TW)
-d ko pa tapos tong drama na toh... but i love it.. haha... ang gwapo ni calvin d2... haiizzz...

7. sweet 18(KR)
-wuala kong masabe sa drama nah toh eh. nung una, nanunuod lang ako nito coz of lee dong geun, pero naaliw na ako sa story habang patagal ng patagal...

8. princess hours(KR)
-haizz... grabe ung kissing scenes nila eun hye and ji hoon d2.lalo na nung nagbati sila... also i love the songs of this drama.

9. first shop of coffee prince(KR)
-hmm... basta unang commercial pa lang nito sa gma, sinabi ko na sa sarili ko na papanuorin ko yan. para kcng kakaiba ung story. eh mas nauna ko toh mapanuod kesa sa hana kimi so d2 ko naisip na pdeh pala magdisguise ang babae na maging lalake.

aun. madame pa eh. nakakatamad lang magtype.

HANA Kimi talaga ang best asian drama para sakin. Hindi ko nga to nasimulan nung pinalabas sa ABSCBN pero nung napanood ko na, taLAGANG bumuli na ako kagad ng DVD kasi nagandahan kagad ako. Di lang about friendship, romance, comedy pero may twist kase e chka ngayon lang ako nakapananood ng ganto na story.

Fated to Love You (still airing) - i'm a confessed ArJoe fanatic!!!! and if there was a drama that would lure me away from watching TKA at that time, that drama better be worth my while!!!! and boy was i hooked on this drama!!!! super love ko tong drama na ito that when it started airing, alongside TKA, i found myself watching this first before watching TKA!!!! and kahit na napalitan na ang TKA ng Rolling Love at eventually Hot Shots, i still find myself watching this first before watching the other dramas!!!! ganun sya kaganda for me....

Zettai Kareshi!!!! (j-do) - waaaaaah grabe abnormal kung abnormal!!!! pinaiyak ako ng robot na to!!!! and He's got some Filipino blood daw....i mean Mocomichi, the one who played the robot....basta panuorin nyo to pramis ang ganda!!!!

comic boyz and megan lai. ang ganda xe ng story... puro artista sila....
ang gwapo ni figaro non pati ni shone!!!!!!

first tv series na iniyakan ko. namatay ba naman si zaizai? pero maganda talaga story

first fahrenheit series na napanood ko. ang ganda ng story, parang may touch of chinese
mythology.... like ate corina said, nakakatuwa yung nung na-meet ni ya se yung KO 9 na
may quotes ding nalalaman... haha!!!! nakahanap ng katapat.

katuwa yung sequel. ngayon ko lang na-realize na mahirap palang mag-asawa. lalo na pag
